How do I sign in to LastVet?

Use VA sign-in during onboarding. LastVet uses OAuth with PKCE and returns you through a secure callback flow.

Can I control who sees my record?

Yes. You control access category-by-category through the Consent dashboard and can revoke access at any time.

Can providers add notes to my record?

Yes, but only with your explicit grant. Provider read/write access is gated by your active consent settings.

What if I am offline?

LastVet keeps local cached data so you can continue using key parts of the app, and syncs pending changes once you reconnect.

How do I request account or data deletion?

Email support with your request and the veteran ID tied to your account so we can verify and process deletion safely.

Is LastVet an emergency service?

No. If you are in immediate crisis, call 911 or the Veterans Crisis Line at 988 (press 1).

If you are in crisis, call Veterans Crisis Line: 988, press 1. LastVet is not a replacement for emergency services.
