Veteran-controlled health
Your health record. Your control. Your life.
Everything on this page is either working today or honestly marked as coming. That's the standard, and it doesn't change. See public claim corrections.

- Attested to the CARIN Trust Framework and Code of Conduct
- Built on the SHIELD Standard
- VA Lighthouse Integrated
- HIPAA-aligned + 42 CFR Part 2 consent controls
The system wasn't built for you. So we built a new one.
Veterans navigate the most fragmented care ecosystem in America. Your VA records live in one system. Your community care notes might be in another. That therapist you saw outside the network? Invisible.
40,000+ veteran-serving organizations. Billions in federal spending. And still, veterans fall through cracks, not because no one cares, but because no system can see the whole picture.
LastVet is the coordination layer between systems, owned by you, not by any institution.
How it works
I'm building this methodically and mostly in silence. This page shows what works right now and tells you straight what's next.
When something moves from coming to built you'll see it here first. Real app, demo data, no stock photos.
Step 2: Your record appears.

If you are in crisis, call the Veterans Crisis Line: 988, press 1. LastVet is a faster path to support. It is not a replacement for emergency services.
HIPAA sets a legal baseline for institutions. SHIELD is built for the person the data belongs to.

LastVet will never be your system of record. Your clinical notes and treatment plans stay in your EHR where they belong. No double entry, no new inbox, no migration. What we bring you is the veteran: arriving with their record already in hand and their consent already signed.
